With this model, we aim to identify the variables that influence the behaviour of employees within organizations.

Construct of a Role

 

The construct of the job is how we view the various dimensions of a role that define the role and affect the experience of the role. In our view, any thing we do with employees or adults at work has to have as the basis a view of how these elements exist in the reality of the work the person is doing.
